1. The Fairmont Heritage Place gets a makeover.  This user-focused database allowed owners of Fairmont Heritage Place properties to list, sell, and trade as well as keep up to date with property events, activities, and important news.

2. The Owners site had to be extremely easy to use while maintaining a consistent Fairmont look, despite being populated by a mix of client and user generated content.
